Usually I don't think I'm quite this graphic in reviews but I really was happy with this gag.
I am a bigger person and as you can see it fit perfectly around my face with room to spare. The straps are made of stretchy silicone. They have a very comfortable feel to them. I have always loved the smooth feel of silicone toys. The O part of the gag is made of the same silicone but harder. It does have a bit of give to it but you can bit down on it and will not give way and feels very comfortable in your mouth.
The clamps themselves have little screws to loosen or tighten them as you please. I do like clamps like these for beginners because even on it's strongest 'setting' it's still not that tight. At least not to me, your mileage may vary of course.
One of the downsides to me is that the chains did seem a little too long. I tried to jerk them off of my nipples with one swift lift of my head. This absolutely entertained and delighted my client when I showed him, however I was only able to jerk and tug them a little bit which moved them but couldn't get them completely off.
Other then that I have no true issues with this gag and I think it's great for a beginner's delve into BDSM.
